NEW: The O-Sizer™ O-Ring Sizing App!

Our newO-Sizer™ Appis a breakthrough application using computer vision to quickly and accurately determine the size of an o-ring.

For best results:Take a picture of the o-ring on a clean, white sheet of 8.5″ x 11″ paper and submit to receive approximate dimensions as well as possible matching sizes in our online store! Please make sure all four corners of the paper are in the image and your camera’s FLASH is ON. We are in the early development stages of this app, so pleasesend us feedback!

This app and the detected dimensions should be used for reference only.

Step 1:
Upload Image
  • Place an o-ring on a clean sheet of paper (Letter or A4) and take an overhead picture
  • You MUST use your camera’s FLASH to avoid shadows
  • Hold the camera directly over the o-ring while keeping all 4 corners of the paper in the frame
  • Use a clean sheet of paper with a contrasting background (i.e., don’t use white paper for a white o-ring)

Step 2:
Get Dimensions
  • Larger image = More precise results
  • Minimum image resolution: 1080p (most smartphones are set here by default)
  • Minimum recommended ID: 0.2 inches or 5 mm
  • Maximum recommended ID: 8 inches or 200 mm

Step 3:
Find Matching SizesMetric O-Ring Tolerances page to calculate the upper and lower limits for CS and ID. We then search our catalog for any o-ring size that falls within these limits." data-tooltipster>
