3類的O形圈電線公差

擠壓O型圈繩庫存每當出於某種原因或另一個原因是不切實際的,每當模製的O形圈都是不切實際的。O形圈繩通過模具擠出,以各種厚度或橫截麵。

用於使O形繩索的擠出過程具有許多優勢,但是,在整個繩索的整個長度上都可能很難實現一致,精確的厚度。另一方麵,由於壓縮或注入成型的精確製造能力,成型的O形圈往往具有非常緊密的橫截麵公差。因此,橡膠產品製造商協會(ARPM)已經製定了行業所接受的標準,用於擠壓橡膠O形圈繩索的橫截麵公差。
